I don't understand the Forest's schematic, I'm waiting for his reply

to me and based on my experiments this function like this:

where the earth is a good water pipe on the ground, and the antenna can be a elevated ball
I think also that the HV coil can be connected to the ball and the capacitor to the ground

Thanks Henriques and T-1000 for replays. As T-1000 suggested in his reply I did connect the HV negative to the earth and the smaller coil to the earth as well. The problem is now the spark disappeared, I can hear hissing sound, so my coil have short somewhere the small light bulb barely glows it can be seen in dark only. I guess, is "back to drawing board" for me.

If ball cannot catch radiant energy (not elevated, no sources around ) then you are correct - connect HV near ball or modify like in schematic.
HV ground is separate from real ground, real ground must be controlled like in electrostatic induction video and finally Avramenko or diode bridge is not the best scenario. Can't help more,trying to recover from bad flu...
