Do you mean the true value of P_OUT and P_IN or the true value of some other quantity ?
If it is the former then do you believe that it is impossible to measure P_IN and P_OUT ?
And how do you express "efficiency" if not by P_OUT / P_IN ?

Well thats a big question. Per Tesla and other there is no constant with capacitance. It is a variable. Also if we don't understand our environment and the way it works how can we measure the Pin? There is also another variable. Pin+variable capacitance+environmental input... You are not fully calculating the Pin right....


Efficiency is always not in your calculations if you are in error of calculating the input.

Lets go back to this analogy. We know statics exists. We know they build up without loss. Can this be oscillated to use the full lines inertia to respond with. Somehow TK found out that this static pressure can be shaped and used very much like hydraulics. It can be accerated and gain intensity as well. This draws in more lines and they add to the last. This thing can move with the utmost speed and force or even reflected force. This inner coil could be shorted and include parallel bifilar coils in oil. The coils could be interior to increase the effect. They must be heavy conductive matter. Lead, silver or gold over copper sounds about right. The copper is for real current. This is the best capacitor ever. An inductive capacitor. And when paralleled they become capable of very fast, vast power densities of capacitance. Once started the cap can be cycled to dump and fill at will. This is a two way or bifilar process. Acceleration of the energy is facilitated by the opposing windings. Since the capacitance is built in they can be very very powerful tools to instantly fill and dump. All from one activation if you don't pulse to slow. This will allow you to back tap energy flowing through the ground loop or capacitor. This is why I call it the load coil. Hooking across the load coil with the load will allow them to tap the process. Hooking it serially will give more powerful results because of the squeezing or choking effect. I don't know for sure but it is some relation to parallel and serial connection.

I'm thinking there is a fulcrum made in the coil going around the hv coil. This changes the angle of the flow and hence goes trough more of the heavy copper coil. Changing the angle changes the hydrolic angle of the coupling changing the exposure to the heavy coil. Less angle means more exposure.

Electrons out of our Betatron certainly do not not penetrate even thin metal foils, but I cannot exclude the possibility that an avalanche stream of secondary charged particles can be bent by a magnetic field in a solid object.
There is no doubt that electric current inside solid matter can be bent by magnetic fields because the Hall Effect sensors and Corbino Disks are reliable devices replicated by many.

It does not measure the true input. Only the Pin we define. It does not include environmental energy or the new physics we are discovering. This goes back to my analogy of biases. We don't include the biases and if we did we include all of them. Since capacitance of a wire is not constant how can you include that variable? Also there are a great many things that we don't know about the electric field. We know tons about the magnetic but the electric field hasn't been explored yet. We know fields exist and can not dismiss them as being all connected in an organized way. This organization can be intelligent by growth and memory or history spans entire galaxies then and not just our little focus we have here. We live around this drain. It sucks constantly giving us momentum twords the central point. We call this gravity. Well what is flowing is the vacuum in between matter. This network is so fine it's fidelity is endless. It's division is Massive on a universal way. We are speeding up because we are condensing more lines into our system. This allows us a better density or resolution. This is because there is more density around our point. Color get more robust and everything is in a higher state of excitement. Spin increases and do does the magnetic fields. This is Tesla's real gift. He said in this field we would become the maxims of the human experience. as our Universal brain gets bigger the fidelity of it's memory becomes ever expansive. We are a neuron in the Universal sense. Our energy increases the whole Universes energy and likewise it effects our energy.
It's speed is our capability. Learn how to hook to the greater forces in our solar system and we have a way to effect it's spin and force. This in effect will slow time and give it more resolution per second. While energizing the whole planet we are increasing our pull on the lines. Lets make sure we understand the relationship with the whole solar system before attaching bigger works of engineering to the wheel work.

Start small and experiment with open eyes and open thoughts or possible plainer explanations of the fundamental processes.

Theory is as good as assumptions which are the base of it. The best theory explains everything, including own assumptions which means it has no strong assumption but only a shortcut to start from a known point. Nobody so far discovered such theory,
We are waiting for theory which can explain what is charge, why speed of light is the limit, what is gravity, what is time and space, what is mass, what is energy .Theory which also eliminate obvious loops in definitions mentioned by Tom Bearden , like definition of work.
