My calculations are that the power out is half c x v squared.
ie 1x 1,440,000 divided by 1 million which equals 1.44 watts if filled in one second and half that power if filled
in 2 seconds.

Good question, except that you shoud have written:
"Energy is is half of C * v^2"

Energy is expressed in Joules, not Watts.
Power is the measure how quickly the energy flows...  and is expressed in Watts

Do you think that he would still allow rich gullible emotional investigators equipped with multimeters who believe that 23A * 100V = 2.3kW for non-DC electricity ?

Also I have read in two places the city government shut down one half of the city he was demonstrating in to detect power theft. Seems a lot of people jumping in trying to derail this...

If the grid external-supply theory is true, then by now TK should keep a large Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) in his basement/shed in order to keep earning money from his demos.

Output voltage and output current have to be measured simultaneously, not separately, to estimate the output power.

Great, now most of those people will connect two multimeters simultaneously and multiply their readings.  See what you have done ?!

However, there was no discussion in relation to these suggestions. If at all, there was only outright rejection of these ideas.

It seems so.  I don't understand why?
Maybe everything with the word "nuclear" terrifies people?
...and "beta radiation" freaks them out.

On the serious side, there is almost no scientific literature about the influence of nuclear precession (e.g. NMR) on the nuclear decay, so this is a promising and unexplored area of science. 
All of the other stuff has already been beaten to death.
