So let's get suggestions from everyone here, about:
1) The parameters of the "Black Box", e.g.: max mass, max volume, time & power of continuous output, type of output. Load type.
2) What "externals" of the Black Box demo should be determined by the demobuyers.
3) When payment should be rendered, because TK will surely claim that he needs money apriori for parts to build the demo.
4) Who should collect the donations from the users of this forum.
5) Who should go to inspect it.

My suggestions for pt.1 is: 230 Volts of pure DC at 20 Amps for 12 hours with no external "input" from a max 40kg "Black Box" device so one man can lift it. Resistive load delivered by the demobuyer.

For Pt.2, I suggest: no external power input from a closed electric circuit, or from near field magnetic fields or from near/far RF EM fields.

For pt.4, I propose Stefan Hartmann as the fiduciary.

For pt.5, I suggest any user of this forum who has proven himself to be a practial Electronic Engineer and has a good handle on non-DC power measurement and wireless power transfer. I think we would need a good cameraman, too. Knowledge of Russian or Georgian language would be a plus.

Please keep in mind that when proposing the conditions of the demo they should be defined in such a way that TK will not be able to refuse the demo on the grounds of keeping the operational secret of the "Black Box".  These rules should be so innocent and safe for TK, that refusal to accept them will be  ...help me find the words here.

I think we should clearly state that we will not look inside the Black Box and that it can be opaque and shielded for all we care. It should be clearly stated, that we are interested only in measuring the pure DC coming out of the device (note that DC does not carry much other divulging information) and any power input delivered to the device (wired or wireless). 
I think the resistive load should be provided by the demobuyers (e.g. 10pcs of 500W light bulbs, or 5kW electric heater,  etc...)

Also, I think that two sets of rules should be created: one between the funders and the inspectors/demobuyers (e.g.: video, photo and written report and  no hookers at funders' expense, just room & board and transportation) and second set of rules between the inspectors/demobuyers and TK.

Please help me out to refine all the rules and conditions further...

If your going to go that far you might as well send a good thief cause it won't yield anything.  Someone can steal the box and go right to the Airport.  Why not, TK's going to go to his grave and leave the rest of us to burn with the rest of the world. (Except the Rich of course). 

Tesla was able to use a very small amount of power to start and run his wireless one wire power system.  Well it would make sense that if you used a lot of input you could be on the right track.  That blog I posted from the guy who was at the Turkey trials of TK's 100KW device said something about two HV transformers used together to shake loose the Radiant Either energy.  MOT's have a good single wire transmitter and that could be the other one he used in the 2004 and green box versions that was in the Lunch bag he had all taped up and hidden.. It had 3 wires coming from it I believe...   Has anyone tried the one wire wireless transmission of tesla in any of their tests???

TK doesn't run his machine when it rains because it conducts to much interference with his neighbors TV, Electrical stuff in their houses.  Now that should tell us a bit about what is going on there.  No faraday cage used.  So that means it could be the device itself putting out the RF energy or it could be part os a means to an end.. Like one wire tesla Power transmission.  He could be using both an emmiter and a receiver or just one.  We have to know by know that he has to have a BIFILAR coil.  He said it to the guy at the Turkey testing event.
