Try this. I performed this experiment a couple of years ago and was astonished. Take one ordinary Microwave oven transformer and plug it in with an ammeter. The one I tested had over 2 Amps magnetisation current off load. With an LRC bridge measure the Inductance of the primary winding and then find the correct capacitor for your mains frequency to create resonance.

It has to be a switched (parametric) resonance, otherwise there would be no need for the semiconductors on the heat sinks, neither with the Kapanadze nor with the Stepanov device.

In theory it's easy (to laugh). Convert the electric field created by the Sun into an electric current that can be consumed by an incandescent lamp. All what is needed is a simple energy converter and constructing one should be no problem at all. Actually it is an impedance converter from high ohmic (static electric field) to low ohmic (electric current through the load). So, who can build one?

Hi forest,

This is the second time you laugh after my post and you surely have a big knowledge like Tito but you seem to keep it for yourself.

Why do not you say your opinion for instance on the 3 lamp russian video like it is a fake or has some merit or the schematic drawn by x_name41 on it etc etc,  your often cryptic words do not help anybody go forward while you seem to be the big knowledge boy.
