   I have the logic, but... maybe a little rusty.  I am now placing Al tube inside of the Exciter type air core or yokes to test how this Kacher idea can improve the current output. I don't have a copper pipe with a slit, on hand, yet.
Any help and ideas are welcome.

@NickZ, the tube inside idea is along the right lines but it wont help, the tube with the slit won't really either as it's essentially just a short circuited extremely low value capacitor

   Trying to understand the winding relationships between the coils of this newest Russian video.  What has been mentioned is that the red coil on the yoke is 20 to 25 windings, although I don't understand the gauge size. The white coil is three windings, but no info is given on the third coil, when listening to the translated video. So, does anyone know what that third coil on the yoke does or is,  and how many windings it should contain?

Actually I started assembling something this week will finish when I have time. I think it would help if you visualize the fields and their direction created by a changing current through an inductor. I'll be using three caps one external, all parallel, two as feedback, two switches and a battery to charge the initially external cap. Essentially it works out to a tank (cap/inductor) with a current input, the secondary is what would feed the other stuff you always see in those kapandze videos/schematics.  Its really simple and I'll let everyone know if it works once it's done.

  Hoppy:  I will check for the wire, but I think that you are barking up the wrong tree, again.  I know it is much easier to look for fraud, than to replicate. But, I will not assume that something is fake, first. Don't you think, that if there was a wire there he would not be showing it?

As I mentioned the video quality is too poor for me to be sure, so I could well be barking up the wrong tree with this one. What I saw could just as well be a granulation effect. However, I consider that its important to first try and detect fakerey before reaching an opinion about the validity of a claim made by video. There was an 'X' wire on Romero's free energy generator and he failed to hide it. Same goes with TK's green box garden video IMO, so please forgive me for being over cautious whenever I see a new free energy video helping. Different approach to yours but same desire.

Replication relies on sufficient information being available, so invariably what we do is build on assumptions with a chance of success based on 1 in factorial n where n = the number of assumptions made!

  No problem, I am not suggesting anything other than that we need to be sure on this important issue, and in this case it's difficult if not impossible to be sure of anything.
It's good to be cautious, though.
  I'm not only also concerned of the fraud aspect, but the health aspects as well. As I have my hands in the pie, as well, for days, and weeks on end. Thus my nagging suggestions for further testing of the possible health hazards involved, as well as confirmation if possible, of true electrical output from these nuclear decay devices, as has been what is claimed.
  My words can sometimes not be as exact as I'd like for them to be. For this my apologies, to all, especially to Wesley, who I respect and value.
