It looks incomplete to me!

As with the Dally device, given that this offering looks like it will run, i suggest that consideration should be given for this to be transferred to another thread as its not to do with Tariel Kapanadze's devices.

Below my saw sound analysis at time code 36:52:24, compared with a 500Hz sine wave. It tells me not much except that it is noisy. :(

How about a centre tapped winding with two wires in and three wires out.

  It may well be incomplete, (to be expected), but it does show at least most of the same components used. Such as 12v battery source, going to the 12v to 220v ac inverter, twin transistor switching circuit, yoke coil, etz... 
  What in your opinion may be missing?  The girl holding it, the tin can, and the price tag? Ha! Just joking,,,,  I think.
