Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Please help out  8) what is this red light doing in between alu box down there..hmmmmm i think the box contains a motor drive THAT sound is not from a belt.... is the resolver / Hall encoder screaming to lock the poles into sync position...IMO

T.K is using a high speed motor maybe brushless dc motor plc controller to drive the prime mover, he is actually driving the top load disc with hiding belts inside the alu pillow blocks.

the coil he attaching to the shaft is a resolver encoder, anybody who has worked with encoders knows what am talking about.... these motors will not run if the encoder is not attached to the shaft.

the 9v pp3 is actually driving a small relay to turn on the logic controller to switch on the drive controller.

ask yourself why will he pulse in between the turn on's in the beginning.

IMO.....

cheers.....

I agree that this big motor was likely belt driven through the hollow pillow block. Your idea of an encoder on the shaft makes sense. I will investigate this idea further as I have access to a plc and brushless motor setup.

That sound disappears when the belt between the generator and disk motor is taken-off.  See here.
Also "resolvers / Hall encoders" do not make any noise. Coils in motors do.

Because the belt between the generator and disk motor is loading it almost up to the stall level.

I KNOW IS FROM THE MOTOR COILS ALRIGHT ' but where is the motor then' the sound is from the high frequency switching from the H bridge switching.

The signal from the encoders were locking the coils in the sync poles of the motor for the next rev count.

He has batteries in there my bet is that he probably has a 240vdc to 380vdc battery bank in there maybe 12v 12ah or 20ah nicely tackled in there.

In repair a lot of these controllers for a company so I can easily smell one lol..

If T.K was afraid of loading the "MOTOR" to a stall position then my guess was the controller will register an error for reset then he will probably have to disconnect the input power for a while or simply push a bottom which is hidden in a location only he can figure out where.

I have these same setup in my lab already... Is a 150kwa brushless 8 pole dc motor coupled to a 100kwa 2 bearing AC alternator 3phase input is 240vdc to 900vdc...

I built it for a project and I have smaller versions too 21kva versions....

This could give you a nice 1 hour demo with no strings attach.

Anyway did anyone saw an earth wire in this setup........ Please spot it if any......

IMO.....

Maybe helpful?

Could the saw like noise be an auto starter motor, relay switched from the 9V battery and simply there to provide the starting torque to get the big main motor (on car tyres) running up to full speed?? :) It appears that TK is holding the connections on the 9V battery throughout the acceleration period of the discs but this is just my assumption of course.
