Yes I have seen that bit of electronics, I must admit I have viewed the video many times!! But in my opinion I don't think it has any association to the main circuit.

Which brings me on to a final decision regarding this device. Having found what I thought was the resonant frequency I carefully adjusted my oscillator and absolutely nothing was seen at the output.

So for me, without a better knowledge of L4 and VA rating of T1, I am shelving this with the rest of my failed experiments...... The video made it look so simple but in reality many hours of time, and good money wasted, is all I have to show for the Chibinidze Device.

Dear Grum see the blue wire going out from coil. It's not going straight to switch of trafo; it's going to this circuit.
A guy said on the other forum that Akula told him that the schematic is not right.

Just observe the behavior of the battery at 1:15. The battery turns, it does not shift.
