Sorry guys, they are all in Russian and need translation to English as there is method how to utilize cold electricity and convert it back to conventional form used in all consumer devices. Dynatron showing Tesla coil with output converter circuit maybe will be understood a bit but that still needs good translation.

You gotta love these videos, from Free Energy researchers who claim to have "done it"... but have to wear heavy coats inside their labs because it is so damn cold.
Even Rossi.... he claims to have this fantastic power source, but he can't even seem to heat up his warehouse or lab rooms with it. Picture after picture exists of Rossi and his friends standing around in their heavy coats, with propane space heaters in the background, while they are looking at and "testing" running ECats.

In any case OU is bigger than 1 COP>1. I think Rossi can extract much more power about COP 6..10 or even more. The Long time Expriments and improvements of "fuel mixture"  are only reliable. This technology need to be researched much more NOT TO BE surpressed like many working OU examples till now. Because of that Question of Free Energy is a Question of Liberation of Mankind under the claws of Dark Forces.
