Most users of this forum do not like to read about this operating principle because it implies energy from matter conversion (in the copper ring/tube).  It was discussed here before and almost everyone hated it, despite complete lack of rigorous critique.

Most users of this forum want to read about an energy form vacuum or energy from the ambient heat or from an Aether or from the ZPE or from the Earth's electric field or solar charges (solar wind), resonant LC tank oscillators themselves, etc...

Some users don't care about an Operating Principle at all and attempt to blindly replicate devices of other people without understanding how they work.  Such replications could even be successful in their method, if sufficiently detailed constructions details were available. Unfortunately the original constructors, such as Kapanadze, Dally, Akula, etc... conceal these details or downright mislead those poor replicators.

What about something like that? Not exactly Kapanadze because I can't see 4 thyristors in the 2004 video. But maybe this can create a resonance in a resonance nevertheless, who knows? Stepanov perhaps?

I think in case of Stepanov his device is nothing more than a misconnected power factor correction device.
