I have been on this forum since page 300 and now It's over 1200, Akula0083 is so far that has gotten it as well as the replicators who have used the Iron Ferrte core as some two years ago and now it's lost again.. here below is the point..

As I already said "it's neutron energy that is the original  "FREE ENERGY"  and not ambient space above your head or the Kapanadze ground plane.
Kapanadze device is a converter of  nuclear process,  it's the "IRON FERRITE",  like Acula 0083, SEE that TV YOKE it's the most critical item here !!!.  WHY and WHY  it's so hard to understand  that !!  Wesley got sick  working with that Russian ferrite core as well as Bob Boyce who also got struk by lightning with his ferrite core.. Henry Morey with his radioactive stone, was the only man here that was validated,  it's where everyone should look to get the answers to the Kapanadze device..

Iron ferrie core is the key here.. 1. you neeed high voltage 100 Khz  around. (tesla frequency). Flyback transformer is often used here.   2. Two square or three pulse generators with a variable duty cycle as well as high current output.. like the HHO drivers that the water guys are selling on E-bay..  and a good  "fast neutron" (1 million electron volts) ray detector ,  such as a CR 39 bubble detector, will detect only neutrons, BTW trying to find a neutron with a giger counter is impossible as it's very small and very very fast. 
And now the H.Coleman device that links both the Kapanadze device to Piezoniclear reaction of the Italians form 2007.

All these devices have a common  link and that is IRON and a NUCLEAR process !! and that is it !!!

All this energy comes from the "destruction or the de-stabilization of  MATTER" as matter contains almost an infinite amout of energy !!  This Kapanadze device is a trans-converter of  matter to electrical energy and nothing more !! (Ferrite Core hidden in the Kapanadze device).
Copper, carbon, zink, boron, calcium are all meatls that have feree electrons and one can extract energy form matals. LENR (low energy nuclear reactions) are happening here..

I have same opinion(Wesley may agree to this as well) on TK device because the other logical explanation where energy comes from was not found. The Earth ground there is just to balance circuit in means of mechanical rotation movement where coil is one side for 1 electrostatic potential and the grounding is second.

P.S> I am not sure why I am posting this to /dev/null thread but hopefuly someone will understand main principle how to create clean energy from matter and then on one day will make direct matter conversion to electrical energy device possible for public use... I have given TK opportunity( offered by very special and powerful entity ,
well not only powerful but so much independent from any government) 100 millions of Euro  and immediate recognition.
That offer was previously directed to me personally.
Another words there was  only me in the picture.
The  reason was that based on their opinion.
I have skills and presentation expected by donating party.
I also have past that could be used as credentials.
I could be introduced to the world. 


After consultation with Arunas I stressed TK priority and superiority as to being first and more advanced.
I managed to convince  donating  entity that TK is the one who should be on the picture of the planet as he was the first.
Also I did not have Colman device at that time and I was just back from Lithuania Experiment.

There was specific time frame, given by  one of the wealthiest  people in the earth  and  TK just blew it.
All of that  Tbilisi crew is just small money, narrow in horizons   - one unemployed guru, and few unemployed around  him driven by very personal expectations.


TK is not reliable, and not  steady in his words, position, decisions. TK is nothing one may stand on.
TK spoke to  rep of money offering entity with my help as he does not speak English.
Mamuka also was the one who briefly spoke with the rep.
Actually acted so strange that he created so much disappointment and disbelieve that such  reaction might be possible.


People with money wants to make more money
But  that  very special man in his old age.  A head of powerful entity did not wanted anything but only his  name being in history files as one who triggered and supported change of the earth.

Maybe the yoke device also captures electrons from free space as logical explanation where energy comes from (don't know if this has the potential to make someone sick).

Since higher current in an electric circuit means more moving electrons in that circuit, the explanation would be to simply channel in some additional electrons from any electron source near by. No nuclear reaction needed.

To think realistically, how big surrounding space should be to power 5kW resistive load? With the Tesla tower type it would be at least few meters ball in top of grounded coil for that in diameter...
