My OU theory - if i can get HHO fire started via existing mini blowtorch (around 2800C) using the lowest possible current consumption in watt to get fire started.
Then this can be used to power 1...3KW stirling engine generator especially those which is used in solar concentrator which only needs 1800c... 2000c to operate.
This  is a long term solution base on sitrling engine life time est "20 years" as indicated in manufacturer site .

(Have you seen anyone in internet using HHO fire on stirling engine)

If I were to use a common 1 K/W watt generator like cheap Kipor or Honda once i delayed the timing merely need 1lpm HHO to function.Definitely a cheaper solution which i will try it for experiment.But this type of generator isn't design to last a long time.This is the finding from some guys in UK using 5lpm to power 5KW generator for their home.

I know this is forum not about HHO, but I want ask how will work your stirling engine, and how will use HHO or HHO flame (isnt not too hot?!).  I still not saw in internet HHO with stirling, just by stove and solar heating, do you thing will not too much waste with converting heat energy to mechanical and convert to electrical and again to heat (if you want to use to final energy heat)?

It's the same by putting butane glow torch to stirling engine.But for HHo blowtorch since it's higher temperature around 2800C possibility to melt metal so i will put it slightly further away.
I am disappointed that i can only get my hand on  "1watt" desktop Japanese made stirling engine power generator found in ebay.
I have tried to contact those companies in USA selling those 3k/w stirling engine to enquire the price or military version 80w mini version .All of them do not response i feel sorry for those 2  companies in USA.I don't wish to mention names.
Since i also noticed they do not even sell it to residence i think it's for special use or large scale.All these are free piston stirling engine using helium.Since helium expand better than air.
