The rotor starts spinning without taking any electric current. Isn't something that works with high voltage but without drawing a current from the power supply basically the same thing we are looking for regarding the Kapanadze device? Just a coincidence?

If the rotor spins due to Zero Point Energy then why not having an output of electric energy instead of mechanic energy. Wouldn't that be more straight forward? Furthermore it seems this rotor works rather passively and is just pushed by the Zero Point Energy. What if the rotor could draw the energy it needs to spin from the Zero Point actively?
