In Scheme kren12 to replace or any other kren8B 12 volts. (That is kren I don't know)

The quote you link to does not mention the attraction mode without clamping diode being OU. This is your assumption. I have seen this primary battery charging effect and its a battery vagary and certainly not an OU condition. Please show me where Bedini himself states that its an OU condition.
