hi Grumage and Geofusion,

After spending days and many hours digging all over youtube.My research on free energy device related to Akula is nearly completed after bumping into this very informative youtube video.

Recalled 1 or 2 weeks back i had some doubts on a Akula device which was demonstrated in the open where i spotted 2 set of outer turns\ring of copper wire way outside the device which i can't decide what it was used for then.I did see the thin wire which i suspected it was tesla coil within device.

Please watch this video(Please watch 2 another videos as well played in sequence) which revealed
1)how to down convert high voltage to 230volts/12volt  300VA mains transformer  and light 12volts 60watt car light while only consuming 24v x 2Amp= 48watt at supply(hardly change).There is lux indicator test as well.
2)Please observe how earth grounding plays a very important role in increasing output.There is also second 2nd earth grounding which is well labelled.
3)Recalled recently i spotted there is aluminum foil or tape for one of the Akula device which was demonstrated outside.Please watch second or the 3rd video which show how copper cylinder(cut) inserted inside top portion of tesla coil to further improve the output.

It seems we can't run away from High voltage or high voltage tesla coil.

I have already purchase some parts online which would take few weeks to arrive eg:12V TO 220volt inverter(1500watt pure sine wave),hv caps,hv diodes,26AWG magnet wire,for don smith device solid state NST (Please ensure it doesn't comes with open circuit protection) 10KV 30khz 30mA at least,dimmer to control nst and etc etc.

I too have ordered replacement parts for the Akula 1. After reading your comments I thought a revisit was in order !!

I found some IGBT HGTG27N120BN Fast Switch 1200V 72A 20 nSec High Power HGTG27N120, in the USA from eBay at a very reasonable price. I have also ordered suitable Varistor and capacitors for the Snubber cct.

In the meantime I am also looking into the Akula 30 W device that was recently posted by x_name41. As dear Hoppy has not yet gotten back with an "X" wire or two !!  This might just be a winner??

I can answer. Should that point grounded? No!
What caind of diode? Any fast diode, for example IN4148.
KC512 is zener diode 15 volts, but it only for mosfet protection, it probarlly not needed.
