May i ask from you, repost to here what Ruslan writed after (or before) you of course in english (I read russian but understood just some).

Ruslan said that the system worked better on (17?) volts instead of 12... so the other is just another TL494 that steps up the 12 to something a little more.... He doesn't really say a lot of use... he does say that the only ground connection is on the output and that everything else is floating on its own ground.  and that the system is very hard to keep tuned that it depending on load and other factors constant adjustments have to be made...
