One frequency and twice the frequency? This reminds me on something, it reminds me on that: TWO-STAGE MECHANICAL OSCILLATOR - PENDULUM-LEVER SYSTEM

So, could it be that this two-stage mechanical oscillator is the mechanical equivalent to the electrical Stepanov/Kapanadze oscillator setup? The lever (2) oscillates with twice the frequency of the pendulum (4). The pendulum excites the lever and the lever gives part of its energy back to the pendulum, thus both oscillations are in auto-resonance with each other.

Let's say the pendulum consists of a 50 Hz LC circuit which excites a 100 Hz LC circuit (the lever), and that 100 Hz LC circuit gives part of its energy back to the 50 Hz LC circuit (taking the load off the 50 Hz power supply). Therefore, the mechanical version takes its surplus energy from the Earth's gravitational field, the electric version takes its surplus energy from space?

Or come up with some intelligent and bright ideas of your own. So ...

a) Why is it, that a permanent magnet can't create any perpetual motion (at least according to my experiments), whereas an electromagnet can? Is it because an electromagnet can be switched on and off, whereas a permanent magnet cannot?

b) Then why is it, that Earth's gravitational field also can't create any perpetual motion? Is it also because Earth's gravitational field is always on and cannot be switched off like a permanent magnet?

c) Thus, is there indeed no possibility to switch on and off Earth's gravitational field? Or is it? Can we do this with a simple pendulum? When the bob of a pendulum reaches one of its turning points then the bob is weightless for a brief moment (also during freefall). But that means nothing less than the Earth's gravitational field is OFF regarding the weight of the bob.

d) Therefore, all energy continuously needed to switch on and off Earth's gravitational field should be the energy loss of the pendulum due to friction of the fulcrum and surrounding air, regardless of the weight (magnitude of switching) of the bob itself.

e) The weightless state of the pendulum's bob corresponds with the all-energy-in-capacitor state of a LC circuit. When the bob is weightless then this correlates with the high ohmic state of a LC circuit. A charged capacitor is just as high ohmic as a completely discharged coil.
