Something like the Stepanov setup?

If we assume for a moment that this setup works, then we need just two transformers and two capacitors. Not even three-phase ones, except for a three-phase device. No fancy electronics, no sparks, not diodes, transistors or thyristors, no heat sinks, no self-wound coils.

Just connect the four parts with the correct ratings together the right way. Then we are done. Confused?
