There is no magnetic field outside the toroid !! see lecture ..

An ideal toroidal inductor does not create magnetic flux outside of the core.
But despite that, there is some interaction with the phase of electrons in places where the magnetic flux density is zero.  See Aharonov-Bohm effect.

Most practical toroidal coils will generate magnetic flux outside of the core if the circumferential current of such soil is not cancelled, such as by another layer of winding that is wound with circumferential advancement in the opposite direction to the previous layer.

I would appreciate your input.
doubts:
1.   frequency drive used in video  does not give  us any information  of frequency change at the output.
2.   clamp meter used in video should be examined by  its cut-off maximum frequency of measurement  range.( so the Fmax > or= F of measurement)

3.   there is ( or I did not  notice) no current measurement during each of  three (3) motors start-up process.
4.   there are two different factors

   that what we can  see is  4a in parameters of current and voltage. so there is no time  factor present   and no evidence of power  dissipation over time fame.}
5. current of motor in acceleration  is not shown and voltage drop is not shown.

just think that if efficiency in steady run with no load can be up to 97%

how EASY IS to make error in measurement ?

From personal experience I know that a three-phase motor with cage rotor
when work no load has a low power the factor power  = 0.2-0.3
and the load current is about 20% of the current at maximum load
now we not know the power of those engines for to judge efficiency
and  then there is the fact that working at 305V is not optimal for both the power
maximum yield that with scrolling.
