First off this is not meant to belittle Westley,however you have to think clearly
regarding Kapanadze.Westley went to visit Kapanadze in Georgia,he told him I came to give your invention to the world,Kapanadze
must have thought to himself," the hell you are".He showed him a small device,Westley analyzed  the device
made completely wrong conclusions,focused on the coil,he seems to think Tesla's ideas are involved in
Kapanadze's device.Kapanadze gave him nothing
typical of encounters with Kapanadze.He came back and began working on hes interpretation of
the device,along with others.The device he came up with bears no connection to the Kapanadze
device,the so called split yoke device,operates on high frequency.Aukla(the humanoid shark head,hes logo)
used this as a pattern to make hes device along with some Tesla concepts.Ruslan followed mimicking
the shark head,these are not Kapanadze replications but Akula's replication's which have never been shown to be overunity.
The split yoke device has never been shown to be overunity.In all of Kapanadze's device's its clear there at line frequency
50 Hz,ether single phase or 3 phase.People hero worship Tesla believe hes a god,if it arcs,has a spark gap,a ground and coils
its a Tesla invention.Theres a possibility that Kapanadze's device's could be fake,so
an effort should done to show possible ways to fake them.No one knows how exactly Kapanadzes devices work ,not even Kapanadze
himself,he knows exactly how to build it not how it works.Take the case of the aquarium 2
video,people grab something and run with it,they took the large coil in the video and attributed
magic to it renamed it a grenade coil,silly isn't a word for this.A quick check of it,its air core so
in theory its high frequency,however Kapanadzes devices operate on low frequencies(line frequency).
You are dealing with a different concept that's unknown or a fraud.
The coil is part of the device however how its wound makes no difference,only the length is important
other device's use simple rolls of wire,the winding of the coil is a trick by Kapanadze to confuse people.
People need to go back to basics,address things ,can the devices, be faked,take into
account also  the date of the device.Connect key basic conditions of the devices such as all appear to operate at line frequencies.
If you see a spark arc or fart ,its a Tesla invention concept is an indication of heroworship to me.
I am not a big fan of Tesla,he was a very smart guy,however he did not come up with anything overunity
thats a false tale.Skeptics believe that Akula's and Ruslan's are Kapanazde replications they are not
so much silly  nonsense going on.There is not even one replication of a true Kapanadze device.If one bothers to examine the device it indicates thats its a low tech device not a high tech device.No offense to the giant brains that lost the ability to wear a hat,but if you try to relate it in terms of your education you will fail.Any device that is truly overunity
must operate in slightly different ways,those ways must be outside of known knowledge.Known laws invoke conservation  laws that makes  overunity impossible.

how or why his coils produce electricity, but it has been verified that they

Well Hoppy first we must suspend temporary the belief its fake,if
real then it must work on some principle.
That principle is not going to be something thats taught in
college,but must also conform to conservation laws.Everything
indicates that all devices operate on a line frequency of around 50 HZ
not high frequencies,Tariels workshop reminds me of an old tv show,
Sanford and son
a junk shop,so I would conclude its not a high tech device.
In one device the 3 phase device 2005,theres one coil for each phase,
there not wound special just coils.The main problem is Tariel is such a liar
and great at setting  red herrings.You are correct that he hid major parts
in boxes to hide there identity,except for one the aquarium 2 video the
funny green transformer is the active device.A very hard concept to believe
because it requires at the least a half ass theory to explain why it works.
The theory has to reside outside  conventional theory,its easier to think its a fake
than to consider that the green transformer is a fundamental component of its operation.
You will notice all devices have a coil of wire ,one end connects to the load the other end to a box,
it can be thought of as a current amplifier
the amplification occurs in the coil,its the length that determines the amount of amplification.You will notice that the coils are air core,air core coils have very little inductance compared to a coil with a core,the current generation is not thru induction.
By winding the coil in different ways this obfuscates
the reason for the coil,this implies that the coils configuration is important.
I believe that Tariel discovered the effect by tinkering with this type of green transformer,
this type of transformer is unique to the area of the world where Tariel lives,there is a great
amount of surplus transformers of this type there.There is none of these in Europe or the US
since the construction is different.Tariel hides the device because its a simple device
if exact details were known just about anybody will be able to build it,you can not patent
something like this,or make money on it,it has to be given away,for the greater good.
I don't have all the answers but you have start somewhere,its obvious if its real it has to be a very
strange device.If we are to believe the demos then the amount of output could power anything
on earth and replace fossil fuels.

Now it is actually the question how much you trust to Wesley. If I good remember, he says he saw the device and confirms it is for real.
