Brilliant, you found the answer to Kapanadze. We can discuss it elsewhere because I am banned from this thread. Anyway the measurers here will not regard what I have to say about your discovery.

Have you also noticed, in the second link, that part of the schematic is backward and upside down?

what it actually does is magnetron pulse generator involved in  production of  hydrogen ( and other gasses )
it does not look like  self looping process for me so  power vs losses in process of conversion is needed  for the system to be properly  evaluated.
It reminds me Stanley Meyer   unsolved mystery.

some early conclusions are:
1- the system might be running from the battery to power magnetron ( microwave region of pulses)
2- the system may be more efficient than original HHO production achieved with other methods.
3. the system is NOT overunity nor overunity is ever possible in any system
a. it is possible  however to use one source of energy to drive  process of another and the gain is that we do not have to pay for water.( source of potential energy for conversion)

note:
what may confuse you is that
microwave is electromagnetic wave

visible light is also electromagnetic wave
and magnetron is producing say "light" of the wavelength in the region of microwave

at the end only what is important - is the "novel" form of production of  gas used  to power the  bike
