The processes shown in the pictures are quite normal and ordinary electrotechnical processes within a transformer. Where is the advantage or the extraordinary feature of the system. Please be much clearer with your information.

We often see the quite unique values , facts, factors, phenomenally simple and great solutions, different approaches,
but don't expect  to see and recognize revelations, at your level of familiarity with the subject matter - if you are new to it.(that may  quickly improve a lot)
Analysis of small bits of that what is new or different in comparison to what  is known  to the advanced reader - is what you'll likely find here .
And contributor  making comments  assumes  that a reader  is familiar with  prior art  of FE  , its facts and history .
It also helps or helps a lot, if a reader  is  savvy in electromagnetic  phenomena, EM wave propagation and  processes, basic  electronics and measurement  too.

Tuning Tesla coil  without any instruments is explained here .

So in Tesla Coil you slide one wire from generator  or transmitter  over  coil length .
till you find  that 50 Ohm or any impedance you need.
You may also wind that  long coil with extended taps  every so on.( like in  some transformers)

An observation. I am not considering all of Kapanadze's designs. Only his first design, which was allegedly repeated.

(Anybody have any information on this guy? Maybe it's a trick, but logically, he's the closest we've gotten to the device we're looking for.)

The variant of the converter, when an additional EMF is formed on the conductor section (just on the one that is passed through the inner part of the Reactor, which everyone takes for a Tesla coil), included in a common circuit with the load, seems to me the most optimal solution as for a generator.

The system of excitation of electric fields, and conversion through capacitive connections also exists. The question is which way to obtain the desired solution.
