Is there an easy way to maintain a voltage stepping up and down as needed?

Hello again,

I have purchased a swea grid tie inverter the problem I have is I need to maintain 35-40v

My current generation equipment was setup for a charge controller roughly 12-20v.

Forget all of them numbers. This has made me want a solution on both sides of the scope as I plan to generate power with wind as well.

I would like to find a way to regulate the voltage stepping it up or down and maintaining the voltage of 38v so that the device is continuously supplying the voltage rating needed to supply the power to the grid.

I thank you a lot for your help.

No EE folks up in here this is the major stepping stone!

Many folks seek a product like this and while I know its possible to create such a device I am unsure if there is one that already is available.

Thank you for your time to anyone that reads this post it is all I can do is ask.

So I get it right, you want a steady ~+38VDC input to your inverter? What's the output tolerance (+/-10%)? Input range? How about the watts?
