To all here on this thread,an inventor back in the 1917-1927 came up with strange looking antennas to collect electricity from the air.The first antenna he made was set up inside his house and by the next day at noon he was said to be running a motor and lights off of the electricity he could pull from the air.Mr Harry E. Perrigo was his name and he was exposed as a fraud on his electric car(1927). "Harry Perrigo" doesn't register any hits on  www.google.com/advanced_patent_search

But, you may be right.  He may not have been issued a patent, but he actually applied for one.

For some reason, the Rexresearch link only gives me a blank page and hitting Cntrl-Alt-Del indicates the computer isn't responding on that page alone.  All other applications work.  Something wrong with Rexresearch.com?
