4) I don't know Schwartz from Noah, but I would like to know what his doctorate is in and where he got it from, and the topic of his dissertation, and who his thesis advisor was. If he's a medical doctor, what is his specialty and how long has he been practicing? All of these are perfectly legitimate questions for anyone who calls themselves "Doctor" and expects others to do the same.

I'm a monster. I've dropped out or been flunked out of 5 major world-class universities, and slept through classes in a couple more. I work as a recycled bicycle repairperson in Kensington Market.

I am always curious of people that call themselves doctors.
I have to confess, I have no degree. However I did manage part of a university once and managed many people who had several PH'ds between them. They never held that against me (they had no choice as you dont want to piss the boss of)
I see already the sharks are circling you and the want to be beleivers always attack the messenger. I have been tempted to publish a paper on the cult like behaviour of Overunity supporters.
I am not sure why so many people are upset with you, I think you more like the character called Brian in "The Life of Brian"..you were just a naughty boy. However its not fair using your intellectual advantage to lead those who are easily led astray.

People who need to show of the title which is a the result of a few years of adolescence and long winded end paper, always make me wonder. In Germany especially , the purchsing assistants I get to deal with (I'm in sales), make sure to use their full title under emails (men mostly). I am just not impressed. While they were doing the student things with the booze, the women, and the occasional class attendance, I was paying a whole lot of taxes, seeing the reality of working life 5 years earlier.

Now, if you create a working OU device that is free for others to use, and well replicable, you've done something to really earn that dr. title. But still, it will say more about you as a person to use it, than about your accomplishments to have it.
MD's at least save (or end) lives on a daily basis. That's something else than writing a paper to satisfy a professor once, which does no addition to global science whatsoever.
