Suing steven mark

If the world would ultimately destroy itself because steven mark is hiding his device and himself, would it be possible to sue him? Or even suing him for something just to find out if he is alive or where he currently lives? Because if he doesn't show up for court, they will have a warrant for his arrest.

Please don't laugh and bash if this seems silly. It was just an idea...

Steven is warning us that if we slightly mis-interpret details, we may well do the destruction by our own hands, on a local scale.
I am not sure anyone can be forced to hand over FE tech, first we'd have to prove he really has it.

The only positive thing I could see would be to do it in such a way that he, in some way, also would officially be released from the promise he gave (or had to give) to not talk about the TPU details...
