Yeah, I always thought the Testatika looked like a Wimshurst machine that just produced a lot of power.

I said elsewhere on OU.com that the machine was invented during WWII and I thought the the inventors weren't smart enough to actually invent it on their own.

ON TOPIC, EVEN IF IT'S NEGATIVE:
If you look at the national and international news, the 'double dip' of the Great Recession appears to have begun.  Moody's may downgrade the American credit rating and several banks' ratings as well.  The effects of that would be more than merely *far reaching*.

Europe and the Middle East are no fun spots to be in, either.

Interesting article. About the Testatica - the line which said 1 disc will not allow this effect - is wrong though, because the small Testatica had only a single disc.

I wonder if the thing gave off magnetic monopoles?  Tornadoes and hurricanes are said (read: rumored) to do so by "some" researchers, like New Age types?

Looks like I made a gross error here When I was talking about the testakita device and said it gave off positive ions I really meant to say it produces positive charges.Which in turn draw in the negatively charged thunderstorms.Usually I don't make that bad an error.I was not drunk I swear!The wedding was a huge success! the groom and his groomsmen were dressed as chicago gangsters.Maybe a foretaste of things to come?If things get any worse.I was thinking about big ms comment on bikes being expensive.I had a friend who once upon a time found a bike tossed away in a dumpster.He took it home and fixed it(he was good at fixing bicycles).One could always ask for a free bike.Someone could give you one?If you want one in the first place?triffid
