I realized I have a total of nine people that were here in the house.I don't know how many would join in a home invasion?friends that is,relatives maybe(1).If I have a real gun I might handle two?Its a sure bet bet it would be over by the time the police get here(at least ten minutes).I would focus on the one person who gave me the most trouble.triffid

That was my point.  I had a relative who was an Air Force drill instructor for awhile.  He let me in on some of the military mindset, so to speak.

A civilian AR-15 or M-16 will level the playing field some if you're good with it.  Inside the house.  And shoot to kill.  Ambush them if you like.  Or run around like Rambo and pick them off one by one.

The salt-loaded shotgun will decimate their numbers with injuries, but if they live, their friends and relatives will also remember what you did.  More may arrive at your door later.  Do you think you can find gun-toting help?

I have friends in oklahoma who might help if they were here.I might find someone here in st.Louis to help.I hope the extra light out front tells them that someone is here.They did not know I have a pellet gun.So that would be a surprise.Someone did offer to loan me their big dog a couple of days.I guess I have options.triffid.
