Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Do you think the American economy will ever improve?

Yes, definitely
Possibly, in the long run
No, it will worsen
Undecided

More than a half a billion dollars went missing last year — in glove compartments, washing machines, desk drawers and sometimes even literally in the trash.
That's because big lottery jackpots that go unclaimed or come close to expiring get plenty of attention, but people fail to cash out on millions in smaller prizes every year — especially casual players who only jump in when the jackpot swells as big as Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, which was hovering around $640 million.

(The everything but-- affordable health care)  AKA Obama Care

I want to share what personally happened in my case.

I had a perfectly good individual Blue Cross plan that cost me
$312.00 per month with reasonable deductibles.

I was informed that my plan was not good enough and the replacement
plan would be $610.00.They called me to follow up on what had been sent
to me and asked me what I thought. I told them no way and left it at that.

My deductible  increased 300 % as well.

In a few weeks they sent me a statement and with this statement there was
a breakdown of cost. There was something there that I had not ever seen on
any news coverage and this was in "black and white"  Over 39.00 of the new
proposed premium was labeled "Affordable Health Care Tax Fees".

Keep in mind that $39.00 is per month on my measley individual plan.
Just say 12 times that  and times millions of families that will be affected
by this fiasco.

This my friends is nothing but wealth re-distribution  101.

I reed a comment from an US-american citizen about the prize of the Barbosa&Leal energy converter (5500 bucks) explaining himself as member from the middle-class but who has not the afford to invest such "sum" ?
                                                                 Middle-class ?
Free energy devices are not for "gratia" and the future -close cycle- energy capture and to household electricity converting devices will not become cheaper than 300Euros/KW.

Alternative: sunny estates and timing energy consume to light capture periods and cheap light collectors like Alvin Mark devices.

Mr.Dr.Alvin Marks solar energy capture device calculation :

[0013] One embodiment of this invention is derived from earlier work on the manufacture of polymeric light responsive polarizing structures in which oriented conducting strings of a polyiodide I-I-I-I are held in a clathrate crystal (Herapathite), or in a stretch oriented sheet of a polyvinyl compound (polyvinyl alcohol or butyral). Other similar oriented polymeric structures are known to polarize light; for example, C=C-C=C-; a polyene. Polarizing sheets are now articles commercially manufactured by a bulk process at low cost by a large scale special film casting machine, the basic cost being about $1 per m<2> (1984 dollars). The present invention utilizes a similar bulk process. The casting composition3 is modified to employ the special heteropolymer of this invention made on a similar casting machine.4 The cost should be comparable. The extra cost of electroding and laminating will add only a few dollars per m so the total should be about $5/m<2> (500 w), about 500/sq. ft. The efficiency will remain in the 60-80% range. Thus solar energy will become available everywhere at about 1[cent]/watt; or, an investment cost of $10/KW.

an investment cost of $10/KW= 1cent/Watt

Sincerely
              OCWL

p.s.: there is no cheaper and reliable converter technology in this world:

thermodynamic engines like Thomas Cosby invention (now open source) included generator :
       20cents/Watt (2002 end-consumer price estimation 5000 USDollars /10KW)

       Barbosa&Leal -superconductive ?- amplifier : 80 cents/Watt (6KW device)

       Dr.Imris static eGenerator (6KW price estimation,28Kg weight) : 50 cents/Watt

@camelherder49
Regarding your last post, you said the absolute truth: It's wealth 're-distribution', pure and simple.
The ones who're doing this don't give a d@mn about anything but what they desire.   AND they don't care if they piss anyone off in the process.   There's a saying in the U.S. Air Force about the upper brass officers in the Pentagon, "They don't mind and you don't matter."

I believe the whole economy is starting to grind to a halt.   These dastardly pernicious ingrates who're trying to impose their will with force can TRY to avoid the crash that I say is coming, but...they...can't...hide.   Someone can find them and deal with them like they did to others who couldn't resist what was done to them by    these    S.O.B.'s.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/18/us/mega-millions/index.html?eref=rss_mostpopular    Just the latest story on the one megamillion winner who has come forward. She won half of a 648 million dollar jackpot, thats 324 million,ok?She only gets after federal and state taxes  120 million. She is paying 204 million in taxes. If she dies before spending her jackpot only 5.25 million of her estate is excluded from further taxes. For 2013 that is.So 114.75 million.Unless the rules have changed since 2007 when the feds get half of any estate over 3.5 million back then. Then she will owe half of 114.75 million again in estate taxes. That will be another 57.375 million her heirs will pay. So total tax will be 204+57.375=261.37 million in taxes our lucky lottery winner will pay out.Her lucky heirs will however get to split only 57.37 million between them.Incurring more taxes along the way.triffid

Looks like to me that Uncle Sam and some of the states are big lottery winners.
