Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Do you think the American economy will ever improve?

Yes, definitely
Possibly, in the long run
No, it will worsen
Undecided

In case of DEFAULT:  Stay calm, pay taxes, and RUN LIKE HELL.
Yeah, find a good place to hide! ! !    Europe, economically, is a really big problem area and will be for some time to come.  Otherwise, there's plenty of bad situations developing around the world to contribute to the overall economic mess.

Practically everywhere.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

You're right, but living in cities in times of possible total civil disorder is not a good idea, either.  Most people are stuck like glue, to the upcoming changes, disregarding the voice of fear they hear in their heads.
Not all places are affected in the same way, as living on a fault line.

Lee you are right it will never end.Ron Paul says the debate in washington merely rammed thru a bigger budget on the american people. He says if we could freeze spending for five years then the economy could recover. The american states are stronger than the individual countries in Europe.I think Ron Paul is the man to go to if you want answers.Once again his hotline number is 1-888-322-1414. Free to call to get his weekly update. He updates his hotline every monday.triffid

Things to do for yourself.Save your cash at least 10% of it.The dollar has lost 21% of its value in the last year. But I no longer see hyperinflation coming.Try to stop paying rent to anybody.Stock up on canned goods.
If you are on SS or disability there are senior discounts and government programs that cater to you.try to take advantage of them while you still have them.Go to food pantrys. If you can save enough cash you might be able to buy yourself a house but I recommend you look before you buy.If the copper pipes and wires are gone they will have to be replaced at your expense. If you must live in a tent which I did for three months one time.On my own land.Dont think its the end of the world. triffid

I decided a long time ago to be young forever. That means that I get up out of bed each day and do things, meet and talk with people. We may complain about the government. As far as teaching young people about money.I ran across one book that made me $100,000 in five years.Everyone I tell that to wants a copy but it went out of print about 20 years ago.Not before I bought 20 copies and gave a copy to each of my three brothers. Now it woke up each of my brothers. They always had more money after that book came into their lives.I have one copy left.As good as it was for me the plan inside was too simple.Save at least 10% of your cash, pretend you don't have it,invest the 10 % somewhere(in my case I chose my company stock),make the savings automatic so you never see the money. So after I bought company stock for five years it went up five times in value.
