That can't happen on this planet, unfortunately. Zeitgeist: Moving Forward made that pretty clear. The entire planet is built around money exchange. The smaller credit unions will never get to be as big and corrupt as these despicable behemoths, because they don't operate the same way. Banks are built to screw people over with loans and interest. Credit unions are built to support each other through interest and accounts. It's still better to move to a CU.

(Wait.  A disaster that "trips a wire"?   Oakland, CA has a problem that can get way!! out of control, especially if someone gets killed on either side of the riot barrier.   I see this situation worsening on the news every night.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

I hope no one gets killed too.Big money is not investing in the USA today.They seek protection from regulation and secrety.Hence the move to offshore locations.Where nobody knows nothing!Too many jobs have moved overseas.China owns America today.American corporations are becoming chinese corporations.They do not get their bailouts from China but expect the American taxpayers to bail them out at loan rates of less than 1 percent.But someone said they paid back those loans so they are nice ,pure and white again!Let them have money at over 20 percent interest.And see if it takes 10 years or longer to pay off those loans.Like I said our system is very very broken.I see no reform in sight.triffid
