To big M,I agree with you that things are better here in the USA than I initally thought they would be.Certainly better than in Europe right now.Spain has 25% unemployment for its young people.Even nurses newly graduated have a hard time being placed in Spain.

Just a little news about the stock market from Mr Weiss:  QE3 Isn't Over Yet.  Bernanke said it himself: QE3 isn't ending anytime soon. It could be another year until the Fed pulls the plug on its stimulus program. Until then, let the good times roll. Stocks tend to rise during periods of quantitative easing. During QE1, the S&P returned 37.3% in 16 months. In QE2, the index gained 10.2% in eight months. Since QE3 was announced last September, stocks have risen 10% in less than 10 months. With another 10 months - or more - remaining until QE3 disappears, it's reasonable to expect stocks will keep rising.

I saw the news in Egypt.   Right.   That looks like a bloodbath in the making.   I'm partly Jewish myself; and I really do know how these people think.   I'm related to them, originally in history.   9,000 years ago, beginning in what would become modern Palestine.
       If it isn't that, try Syria. The Gov't forces appear to be winning, and that'll drag other factions into the conflict.             I.    Just.    Plain.    Know.             These people are potentially reactionary when they get angry.
