Stirring up trouble is very easy.  Solving real problems is difficult.  Let's hope that cooler heads prevail.

A Ferguson judge voided 10,000 arrest warrants in a city with a population of little more than 20,000.  If you leave out the elderly and the very young, then this means nearly 100% of the population that falls between the elderly and the very young in Ferguson has been given false and bogus citations by law enforcement.  The 10,000 arrest warrants voided didn't include state charges.  Now, who are the cooler heads in which you speak of?  Solving real problems are easy, once the real problems are recognized and dealt with.  However, I don't see law enforcement and the authorities solving the problems in which they themselves promoted and created.  MarkE, you're just one big epic fail after another!  You once again have it completely backwards and upside down.

Defendants will get new court dates, according to the order, and may be put on installment plans to pay off their fines or ordered to perform community service instead.  <----- The authorities are stealing from the entire community and having those who can't pay to work as a slave for the corrupted system.

I took a further look at additional headlined articles and found more of the same:  The Chinese pushed themselves off 'the cliff' and they'll drag others near them financially as well.
I, for one, am taking the analysts' advice, as of next Tuesday when I get paid and pay my bills.   Since I'm on a small, fixed income, that's all that I can do for now, in that regard.
On the other hand, I collect imitation, replica versions of Samurai swords.  Some of these come out of the shipping box that are very sharp to nearly razor sharp.   Anyone in San Francisco who's over 18 yrs. old can own one to simply go to a specialized shop that carries them or else order one online.   Legally they're about the same a long, narrow machete.  However, in Calif., they may be illegal to drop-ship a sword through the mail.   Check with your local law enforcement officials to be sure.

Out of time on this computer.   Will continue looking at the news stations for the time being.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

arrest warrants, 10k people, how many of those lived in ferguson?
the good thing is the judge threw out the warrants. some laws do need to be removed, and others need to be rewritten to make better sense with society and stop being cash grabs. the police are supposed to be there for serving the public first, themselves 2nd.
are the state charges directly related to the events in ferguson?

why are you painting mark into a corner?
do you not find any of his comments practical, even if you do not agree with them or maybe understand them?
even if someone is wrong about something sometimes and everyone here sometimes is, the questions asked
if something is not understood, are usually important.

How many people who lived or worked in Ferguson received more than 1 citation or had more than 1 arrest warrant?  It wouldn't surprise me if the total number of arrest warrants exceeded Ferguson's entire population of 20,000.

The judge only threw out the warrants related to the civil infractions, but not the civil infractions.  The warrants were in regards to failure to appear, failure to pay, etc.  I have no idea how many people in Ferguson has state charges against them.  The state charges were in reference to both before and after the events in Ferguson.  Let's hope the state hasn't followed the city's example.

I didn't paint MarkE (Mark Euthanasius) into a corner.  He has painted himself into a corner.  No, I do not find any of his comments practical due to his misleading and deceptive nature.

MarkE's deception is intentional, and the record shows this time and time again.  Denying what is right before your own eyes, regardless of the amount of evidence presented, is just being willfully ignorant.  If you want to align yourself with the willfully ignorant, then fine by me.  Each to their own.
