If it isn't China, it's also the Dow-Jones as well.   2008 may be revisited in spades because there's more money being lost now, compared to then.   Whatever you can think of to help possible losses in income. housing, and well-being for yourself should be tried if you think it's necessary.

I'll be looking more at the news articles, but I actually have an exit plan in place that's peculiar to me, but it should work if I need it.   Things will probably get worse before they get better.   A cliche', if there was one, but it'll have be what I deal with now.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

The stock markets are rebounding now.China's economy is slowing down to a mere 7% and just like the USA in 2000 and 2001. The chinese middle class has lost half their savings in their recent stock market crash. Those who panic and sold, locked in their losses.triffid


Now Ukraine is looking more and more like Greece with the debt issues they are having.

Me too and I see a civil war in France and UK maybe all around in Europe. I think Al Qaida will destroy HV transformers in substations. It's easy to do. Need only 100 terrorists for destroy Paris or London with suburbs. Imagine the stock echange and the tourrism in France or in UK. Need 6 months for build one HV transformer. There is only one factury in France (JST Lyon). Difficult to transport, need a special truck that runs very slowly. Imagine the Europe without electricity for one or 2 years. And the best is the nuclear plants with their pools that contain a great quantity of radioactive materials. Al Qaida can thanks scientists and politicians !
