These radiation hazard events would at first peek seem
to be matters of ignorance and incompetence.  In truth,
they are engineered to look like such but upon deeper
examination are found to be portions of the AGENDA.
The Atomic Bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and
more recently, the Depleted Uranium contamination of
Iraq, are events inspired by the AGENDA.  It has been at
work for a long time.

Well, yeah, I'd say so if the use of atomic energy(?) in reactors would cause the background radiation to be that high??   Beta comes from atomic fission/fusion as a byproduct, yes?   Take a look at this...

       High speed particles can react with the environment, can they not?   Like high energy beta particles?   That might be part of the background radiation.    If so, you have a point.   And many atomic reactors actually leak radiation, like caesium isotope(s).    Also, take a look at this...

        Right, yes.   I can see that happening.
But, more immediately, miscreants like the Chinese have bought an aircraft carrier.   They don't know how use it correctly, until they learn the hard way by experience.   But they can do it eventually, with patience, which they have, if they think they need it.   Most importantly, they want to upgrade their navy and air force.   That's where I come in.   I know what'll work from experience gained by the American and foreign military in WWII, especially, with respect to naval operations.
        I intend to try and redesign ships today to better tolerate impacts from newer cruise/anti-shipping missiles. 
        It isn't just the radiation.   There are more immediate concerns, like Communist aggression.
