Anybody else annoyed at the daily video flood on youtube by Magniwork?

Try google it this names Igor Dobreski and Vojdan Vrcakovski with cyrilic letters like: Игор Ð"обрески and Ð'ојдан Ð'рчаковски

I have a couple experiments of my own on the go, and every time I go on the internet looking for information, I run into these adds. The problem is they have a lot of affiliates selling it. From what I know of clickbank, ad-words ,etc... the affiliates have to pay per click and hope they make more sales than they are paying for advertising, domains, keywords and all the rest. If someone could figure out a way to swarm their sites with traffic (high clicks), but not purchase anything, they might lose enough money and stop selling. The same goes with the perpetrators. Anyone have the equivalent of an auto dialer for the computer?
