To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. The part L  however  by virtue of its self induction  offers a strong opposition to such a sudden discharge  wile the condenser on the other hand offers no such opposition ......TESLA..

I found a 5 watt replication "claim"...

Here's one at 130 watts (gets better at 4 minutes)

That is purely a hoax, i don't know what he mixed with the water but from the start to the end of the video there no particle going to the bottom of the bottle, in 6 minute the top of the bottle should become clearer than the bottom , the particle unless in a oil mixture will always go down in that amount of time.
