Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi everyone, i recently stumbled across magnet motors and overunity concept while bored on the net one day and ever since then i have found myself obsessing over the idea of it. having come from an academic background in electronics i naturally bonded to the possibility and read as much as i could find as well as view the odd youtube clips. personally, and without actually building anything of the sort i find myself an avocate of the idea. magnets do indeed exert a force the same way an electromagnet would but without the current applied to creat the magnetic field. i am pretty sure it is possible to arrange magnets in such a way to create a rotational force to to carry out work the same way many of the ideas here are shown. what i can't understand are all the people that come on here insulting the idea's as well as the people that decide to pursue these possibilities. i mean why even waste your time preaching from your ivory tower about how stupid someone might be for even thinking it is possible. why waste the time to join a forum specifically about free energy if you do not beleive in the concept??? it makes you wonder where the motive lies.... i hope all the serious guys who kindly take the time to try these idea's can appreciate what i am talking about because i always end up reading down into arguments that simply get nowhere other than to diffuse the original topic. And before anyone tries to jump on my assumptions can i just point out that no, i don't believe this is perpetual motion. this is simply a collection of ideas that harnes the magnetic force created by magnets. i am not quite sure why people think this is a violation of conservation of energy and that somehow magnets run down in a short period of time either. if this was the case then how would the average electric motor or a permenent magnet generator last the years that they do utilizing the same principals. Also i can very much believe the energy companies would have something to worry  about if these devices were brought to commercial market. the oil companies alone make millions every minute of the day so i'm sure they would do everything in their power to conserve the infrastructure of their companies and the billions they have invested in supplying us that oil. all that is very serious money which would make a huge dent in the economy all over the world so you can't really blame them. for the greater good one might say but this still does not take away the fact that this is a very viable energy solution. just my 2 pence worth.... thanks

Heya mate, after seventy something thread views and no responses, I thought I'd welcome you to the forums.  I can do that, being as I am, a nobody in this scene, with no academic or experimental researcher type reputation to uphold that might be tainted by responding to a lowly newcomer  ;D  And I can still remember when I first stumbled across this scene too, so I can relate to your enthusiasm.

About the negative opinions that get thrown around here, don't worry about it.  Conspiracy theories* aside, the negativity you're referring to is a naturally occurring human characteristic that you'll find everywhere to some extent.  And at the end of the day, the people who come here to do nothing but insult and put down others are just trolls, best ignored.  As for the oil and energy companies influence, well you won't have to really worry about that until you decide to actually make something.  Then you'll have to decide for yourself what it's all really worth.  Hopefully if you're ever in that position you'll stand tall and at least try to share what you find for the betterment of all.  In the meantime, all I can say is try to stay objective and keep it all in it's proper perspective.  Some of the stuff here can be a real eye-opener.

While I'm here though, is there anything you've seen so far that you think you might try applying your expertize to?  I myself am a bit skecptical when it comes to purely mechanical magnet motor concepts, and so have been most interested in the Hildenbrand designs as they make use of an interesting magnet-amplifying effect that can be had by applying a small voltage to a particular magnet/metal arrangement.  Might be worth a look if you haven't checked it out already.

Anyway, welcome to Overunity.com, where anything and everything is possible, but nothing ever really seems to happen.  :D

*Any security or energy agency worth it's salt would have to be monitoring a site like this to some extent at least (there's a subforum titled 'Safe Nuclear Reactors - Nuclear reactors, that can be built at home and will not be dangerous to operate' ffs) and I guess it's possible they might be interfering with it too.
