I think 2012 will fall right along the same side of Y2K.  where there was a big hype and nothing significant happened.

Nothing significant happened because all those elderly COBOL programmers came out of retirement and fixed half the software. The other half was fixed by ditching it and installing new stuff.

will not be about destruction or death.

it will be the end of a 5,200 year solar cycle,
(planet around the sun),

the end of a 26,000 year galactic cycle (5 cycles of 5,200 years),
(solar system around the galaxy),

and the end of a 230 million year cycle,
(galaxy around the universe).



earths population, will not be culled.
earths population, will enter a new golden age.
where the souls who have little enough karma,
will go to 4D.

and the souls who have too much karma,
will get transported to an-other 3D planet.

where they will have to repeat this 3D garbage,
for at least an-other 5,200 years.
before they get their next chance,
to go to 4D.

would be a profound tactical blunder.

the Mayans say Western views of 2012 Dec 21st is false, this has come from the elders of the culture, the only thing that might happen here on Earth is the one they call the Blue Star is coming back to visit them again. the Blue Star is a time traveling space ship from the future whether it be from Earth, Mars and or some distant Space City, who knows.
