  ....we have a great diversity of water flow velocity (liquid or solid state ),on a slope,due to gravity.

      Among these limits of mass flow  velocity,due to the same gravity,on a slope,can be there a certain domain,value of velocity,to think about,imagine a general "modus operandi" of a PM!?
