V Gate Wheel or the "SMOT wheel"

George Soukup... I think he is german but he had lived in Brazil during some time, because he speaks Portuguese very well, as I saw in one of his videos...

So far in Soukup's videos I could verify that his ego is very big, and he likes to compare himself to Albert Einstein. I didn't saw any proof of a working device.

Well, I hope his devices can work... I think he uses something like a V Gate, but I don't know if he uses a cam, or multiple stators.

It's just a v gate wheel. It doesn't do anything. What these guys are looking for are sucker investors.

Hi Rapadura (and everyone else :-) )

I too am very interested to find out if the cam idea will work. I like the idea of having two different wheels running side by side. So one is in motion of gathering speed whilst the other needs to over come the gap via the cam. Both would work as a team.

I am kind of on both sides of this smot business (works? doesn't work?)..... the wiki page explaining why a smot would never generate more power than it started with kind of makes sense.... but at the same time I feel that you can> my head hurts lol..

@Poit: I think the idea of the cam should have a chance of work... But I think that, better than the cam, is the idea of multiple stators equaly spaced around the wheel. Each time the gate is stuck at one stator, there are other 3, or 5, or 7 stators giving torque to the wheel.

I am playing with an idea (just theory at the moment), I figure that the motion of going around the wheel can generate enough electricity to power a solenoid (that pulls the stator away at the start/end of the gate). The faster the wheel spins the more power generated and less power required to operate the solenoid (i.e. because it only needs to operate for a fraction of a second to pull away from the gate).

I will draw a pic soon.... and post it obviously..

the maths should be fairly straight forward... power generated by wheel - power used by solenoid = usable 'free' energy.
