  Im waching this forum everyday . I`m from romania . In my resarch for overunity i found an website in ROMANIA from some one that claims that he reproduce a similar motor like PERENDEV . He is asking 20.000euro for licence of mass production . If HARTIBERTIN is wealing to give a 20.000 euro prize for a working PERENDEV .  I can go in that city make a miny clip and buy the working prototype and after send it to Hartibertin to analize it and take it apart and multypli it for everybody.  I dont want to shere the webiste becouse on the website you wont have to many details just the claims. And if i have found this guys my self i want to be part of it . Everbody would want to contact them by theyer self or speak with this guys . So whats the big deal about this ? My part will be to go there and film a movie. Then HARTIBERTIN can come to romania , i can take him from airport, Germany is clouse and we can go together . This guys they want to sell licence , and i think they will want a part from the cash from mass production . I spoke with them again and they sayed they have another 3 prototypes in work . They sayed also that is not same as perendev they camed with some big impruvments ...

I can give 20,000 euro but first I have to see what I'm buying. Therefore, first, I need to receive a written statement signed by the inventor that when I visit him in Romania (at my expense) he will not expect any money from me neither will he expect signing of NDA's or other legal documents pertaining to the demonstration. Usually, for such a visit a consultation fee is required but I'll be generous in this case and will not ask to be paid a consultation fee. Upon my visit, in order for me to make a decision as to whether or not that's a real OU device I have to be allowed full access to the device without any obstructions. Also, if I find the model satisfactory, in a sense that it is indeed an OU machine, I need to be in possession of that machine at the time I make the payment.
