I tried a few months in a row to acces the side, but I always get this:

Whta could that be?  My provider blokking?   I get it with different browsers...

I'm in the Netherlands with a Telfort provider.
That's most likely not your provider but the provider the website is hosted on. Try a proxy from another country (germany for example) and see if it works.
If that doesn't work, do you have any Anti-Spyware/Webwasher-like tools running which filter the web traffic for potential malware? This could be the problem too. And if you don't have software like this maybe your LAN (if you use a college connection or something like that) is filtering content.

If your ISP filtered content this would be most likely a 404 error or a website with information about the blocked site. But the screenshots shows a 403 caused by the website's server.

I tried a German proxy and with that i do have access!

Any suggestions how to fix this?

@all

Two things happen that day , the Zionist permitted the world to see the Israeli act , nothing new as rogue as ever .

Also , the media awakening concerning Bilderburg , Conference at the EU
Parliament .

and part 1/3 the actual press conference at the Parliament.

Look at the bottom left side related video for 2/3 and 3/3 .

The answer is in a simple detail of the picture.

That the failure report comes back from
a website's Apache server software itself
indicating you don't have access to the root (/).

"You don't have persmission to access / on this server"

Your getting to that website just fine,
your blocked from loading the default home page.

This can be done with a script to block
darn near anything they want to block.

Some sites hate Micro$haft IE as example,
some hate certain IP blocks from an ISP,
even entire ISP's if they so desire.

Try another browser version and/or brand first,
then try a free online proxy service second.

Perhaps one already in Germany,
ask CherryMan which one worked.

One last thought,
the Apache server that is serving that error
could be a government gateway proxy instead...

Hope this helps.

EDIT:

It seems even Google is having issues with them too.

Because of troll's they say...

But then, ther is ways around Google's crap.

And people agree there is access issues.
