"every transformer in the world" will decrease the voltage when increasing amperage.  This machine is increasing the amperage without decreasing the voltage.

Where is his secondary winding ?  he just shows the sum flux in the core.
Its the same as if you wind 200 turns of the same wire on the clamp. The clamp will show "200" because of the 200 turns you will have 200 times the field of 1 Amp. So its just holding some instrument showing a higher number...

i think i can see now, why the clamp ammeter registers such a high apparent amperage when clamped around the rodin......because when you do that......youve got the 100+ windings  going round & round the clamp....1 amp in....... 200+ amps out (at least thats what the meter thinks )

   You can transform pulsed dc.  Bifilar wound coils have the advantage of reducing the impedance of the legs of the coils to near zero.  This results in a very high applied voltage to current level ratio.  Without the bifilar wind you wouldnt get current in the core at all with a highfrequency applied signal or burst of applied emf.  The ammeter is measuring the magnetic field flux and registering a current of 2oo amps like it is 200 amps flowing in a single piece of wire.  You can do the same thing with a regular coil but the impedance would be so high your applied emf would have to be 100's of times higher.  The voltage drop across the core always has to be 100 percent which is lost energy.  In this case he is only dropping a very small amount of voltage and creating large amounts of current.   This in itself is not overunity it is just efficient use of energy.  Now if in place of the ammeter we coil a wire around the entire donut any changes in the magnetic circuit inside the secondary coil will produce an emf in the secondary.  When pulsing the rodin coil the energy expended will show up in a magnetic field change.  When we shut off the current the ambient magnetic field restores the copper to status quo.  So it costs you to change it which will be transformed with losses into the secondary. When your pulsed dc is abruptly stopped the magnetic field changes about your secondary conductors again and this time your emf is generated by whatever current is flowing that supports the ambient magnetic field.  The core of the secondary is the outer winds of the rodin coil.  One must never forget that a change in the magnetic field always results in an electrical field change.  No matter if this magnetic field change is back to nanotesla's from a tesla or to a tesla from a nanotesla.
