Truthfully, we can say with certainty that the Kapandza device is NOT the same in operation as the TPU, for a very major reason.

All Kapandze devices demonstrated in video require earth grounds to operate, where the TPU has been demonstrated in the SM videos to work without ANY earth grounds whatsoever.

Be careful to stay away from the "bandwagon" approach towards these devices. Every situation I have encountered tends towards that approach, and it is invariably non-scientific in nature, in that not all everythings have to be anything.

For instance, take any two free energy devices that we assume actually do work. There is nothing other than sheer speculation for the basis of the assumption that they work off of even remotely similar energy sources (where the energy comes from), or that their principles are related in function. It is like the yahoos whom see a video and assume this or that componernt is OBVIOUSLY a transistor, or a capacitor, or a resistor.

Capacitors can be tubular, brown, and with colored stripes with radial leads, and in a not particularly close up shot taken with even a great camera can be mistaken for a resistor. A varistor looks amazingly like a disc cap, and a three legged to-92 package can house most anything from a transistor (npn or pnp) to a scr, triac, or a multitude of other devices. Guessing a schematic off of a glimpse of a video is akin to guessing at the internal layout of a cruise ship by viewing the deck.

Another area fraught with guesswork is the assumption of energy source, with the leading competitor being ZPE..... Basically, if the device works, well it OBVIOUSLY has to be ZPE!!... No it doesn't. There is absolutely no proof whatsoever that ZPE can even BE tapped as an energy source,  as it may well be and probably is what could be called universal background energy, or even that as an energy that it can be directly transformed into electricity!!!

If you wish to truly understand what makes any of these things tick, you will have to do the hardest thing of all..... Throw ALL of your assumptions proverbially out the mental door. Accept the fact that you really have no clues but a VERY small few. For instance, if the output looks like electricity, and demonstrates the properties of electricity, then it is safe to TENTATIVELY assume it is electricity that is being generated. Now based upon that you can make assumptions based upon electricty, in that what we call 'electricity' is a flow of electrons from point A to point B.

Taking that as our GOAL here... to make a small amount of energy control and possibly be a catalyst to transform a larger form of energy to do usable work in the form of electricity. Basic concept which people seem to transform into something almost "magical' in their understanding.

"Free Energy" and "perpetual motion", are BOTH COMMON! By every definition a solar cell is a "free energy device". Place this cell in a stable orbit around the sun with a load using the energy created, and you have a definite "perpetual motion machine"! A solar cell is a good example for what we see in most free energy designs, with the only difference being that the energy source (light from wherever) is understood. The first law of thermodynamics applies and is not violated, as the energy was and is neither created nor destroyed in any of these devices. It comes from some source, and ultimately returns to said source.

Perpetual motion in a system, by the definitions of said term, exist commonly throughout the universe, from the lowly atom, to planetary systems, to galaxies themselves.

Now, what can make and electron move from point A to point B?

Any force which can interact with an electron, from magnetism, heat (or absence thereof),even light(photons), to gravity merely to name an obvious few! There may well be sources of energy which are not even guessed at. Call them 'presently unknown forces'.

Where we ASSUME much.... truthfully we actually KNOW very little.

You nailed it! 

They are known, but not thought of as "useful".  For example, gravity is considered weak and if you produced the same force for your spacecraft, it would help get it off the ground.  If this graviational force couild somehow be amplified, then it now becomes a very useful force.

Steven Mark's TPU and the Kapandaze device are two separate devices.

1)  The TPU is more like a tuned receiver coil getting it's energy from a 5 or 6 KHz magnetic frequency (originating or conducting on the Power Lines next to his house)

2)  The Kapandaze device is like a Tesla coil with a step-down winding  (few turns) to light a few light bulbs.  It is powered by batteries or power supplies, and there seems to be a claim of closed loop operation that is over unity (according to the patent)
