According to this video a cure has already been patented for aids.

While this is nice to believe I do not expect you to believe this without research I have not researched this but I will leave that up to you as there is no personal need for me to spend my time with looking into this further but for the good of man it may be important so I chose to share.

Patent# 5676977 is the cure for aids according to this video source.
