You could use a AC transformer "in reverse"-- hook the few-turns side to the wall, and the many-turns side to the load... this will work but will overheat and burn-out if the load is too great.  A better strategy would be to simply build your own transformer by wrapping two separate coils of heavy-gauge insulated wire onto a common iron core, or buy a ready-made step-up transformer suited to your app.  Be careful!  High voltage can do some strange and destructive things, even at low current.  (e.g. tesla coil)

Subtract 1.95865070729053 % from your "F" frequency.
at whatever the octave.

Then take the centerpoint between E and F
That will give you a more accurate calculation

I would not be so quick to decide where the middle is before drawing scales .

We are tough to start on C for a major scale (piano), but star on A to get a minor scale , there are modes for each of the 7 doors.

Before deciding which is the right one because this will change the middle location ...

I have found additional meanings about the scales mode has to finding witch is one the others are mirrors from one . There is only half a step between B and C , and E and F .

The Greek meaning of the scales systems should be quite helpful.

Early Greek treatises on music do not use the term "mode" (which comes from Latin), but do describe scales (or "systems"), tonoi (the more usual term used in medieval theory for "mode"), and harmoniai (harmony)â€"the latter subsuming the corresponding tonoi but not necessarily the converse (Mathiesen 2001a, 6(iii)(e);Thomas J. Not saing your wrong but I did the
8 notes
the 7 gaps
and the math between the white keys and black
and filled in the missing ones using the
4 known notes and calculated it in several scales
its right in all scales 
so its perfect not shure how you got your number
music is not my thing
if you explain it to me I might get it
but it took me quite a while to do the
virtualy impossible To tell you the truth
half the shit I do is so complex by the time im done its like impossible for me to redo it much less explain it

Most of the stuff you are saying is already been imprinted in our system , you found answers from the bible , had to understand each steps the revel it self , sometime quite fast , but you seem really gifted that is a good and bad thing ...

I got most of your downloads , i did not read your stuff much because i understand most of it anyway . And i am telling you music and its theory is exactly the same , coincidence i don't think so when you play a instrument you play with frequencies the only true and clear mechanism of nature , it can't be disputed its only number but out of those number music comes , number re arrange them self when ringing together . What is 110 220 440 880 , they are all the same note ... and so on for all scales .

The Greek have left us clues , all i am saying look into it , or ignore me i do not care i am just trying to help, it may not be you but i will others .
