The experiments here are 100% passive. That is, I am not using *any* batteries. I am not applying any changes in force on the piezo. In fact, all of my piezo & diode experiments have not applied any force on them. Nothing that I am doing with the piezos is about change.

It just so happens that highly shielded piezos, and also diodes produce while sitting undisturbed inside the shield produce DC voltage, and also DC current if it's loaded.

I've proposed an experiment for piezos. The thought was maybe it was atmospheric pressure (1 atm) that causes the ~ 10pA constant current in the undisturbed piezos and diodes. So initially the idea was to place weights on the piezo to see what happened, but because of the piezo wires the pressure will be uneven. So I thought to take a long vial filled with oil and place the piezo at the bottom where the pressure was a lot higher than 1 atm to see if the undisturbed piezo DC current went above 1 atm. Of course it would probably take the piezo 1 to 3 weeks to become undisturbed.

It seems that even diodes are made at 1 atm. As the plastic is poured around the diode, it is in 1 atm, right? So it seems to me that diodes are also under a constant 1 atm of pressure.

Don't ask me how constant pressure could cause this, as it's not conventional physics, but then again highly shielded and undisturbed piezos & diodes producing a constant 10 pA DC current and DC voltage is also unconventional physics. It's possible the pressure aids some effect.

IMO the chances that the 10pA is due to pressure is slim & none. If anything, it would probably be due to something like gravity. Although we already know that it's most likely also due to the built in electric field in piezos and diodes, but it maybe it's also due to gravity. Perhaps an experiment at the top of a very high mountain would clarify.

First a small intro of myself. If you are not interested in that, then please fast-forward to the end of this posting marked with >>.

As you can see I am a newbie to this forum as a member. I am also new to Free Energy Devices and largely new to electronics. I know some basics but that is about it. What I am not new to is practical alchemy and hermetic science. The energies involved in free energy devices follow in large the same dynamics as in alchemy. To my idea Pracelsus and Tesla were "thinking" along a very similar lines. I don't know if Tesla knew of Paracelsus, but I am sure he would be as impressed with him as he was with Indian philosophy.

But anyway... I feel drawn to this matter because I see the large similarities between that where most of you here are dealing with and alchemy... So I am extending my private research into metals, minerals and herbs and above all the energies that are part of that into electronics... Fun to have something new... But even more than that! I feel compelled to this matter and follow thus.

I am very much impressed with the high level of technical knowledge and especially with the creativity of some of you here and see that I have a lot to learn when it comes to the technical part, but I will do that for sure. But even though I will be a total nitwit to some of you (on ball-boy level dreaming to play Wimbledon), I might be able to add some valuable information from a totally different perspective in return. Maybe I don't have the technical knowledge, but I do see and understand the energies you are talking about. I will experiment for myself and see if some of my ideas will be fruitful and post the outcome the here.

My first project on this will consist of baking a Crystal Power Cell. I probably want to start there because it is more familiar ground to me than electronics.

I found some really smart things in this thread. I am planning to experiment with three main ingredients... 1.Tourmaline, 2.Rochelle salt and Bismuth (also ground). There might be some fillers involved. I ordered some logical ones but want to go sparingly with them.

My problem is now a very practical one. I have ordered most materials that I need but I also want to use tourmaline powder and then as fine as possible. Of course I can grind my own ones and ordered some for that purpose, but I really would like the tourmaline much finer then I can make it. 1000 mesh would be lovely.

Now it is possible to buy tourmaline powder on line but I do really hope that I don't need 50kg of it before I achieve some reasonable goals.  I find it only in bulk.

So! Does anyone know of an on line supplier that sells (and ships internationally) in the direction of 100 to 250 grams? (round about 3,5 to 9 ounce). Or did anyone here buy 50kg and willing to sell me a small quantity of that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have an answer to your tourmaline question but I did want to welcome you here.  Any time someone joins and is willing to actually experiment and report results is a very good thing for everyone.

I think you will be an asset to this group.
Please remember the "failures " are valuable to everyone else for a few reasons, so please remember to post them too.

I found some non-special tourmaline at a roadside rock shop last year in California.
No, I have not ground them up, but they are small and they were not expensive.
I am afraid I cannot help there either.
