In your post #30 on this thread you show what looks like a geet reactor?
Is that your design? anymore info would be appreciated!

It is not mine. It is the one taken from a pdf posted earlier on this topic.

Attachment plate will be made this week.   The PROOF-OF-CONCEPT working model from JL Naudin is my choice to build (95%complete).  Due to my living on an island the supplies cost around 150 USD but if you can get it welded instead (and don't live on an island full of pirates (ARGH!),  you'll get yours made for half what mine cost.  The valves cost the most.   Get ball check valves don't skimp, heat comes through them fine.  I am trying modified boiler drains (replaced rubber gasket with copper washers).   I only save 3 dollars each this way.   I find that the drain type valves adjust finer.  I will re-post if they DO work better.  AND the video was on the Rexresearch site of the water mower running cutting grass  (maybe it is not Naudin mowing) but it is his design and looks far improved and simplified.   Mostly you can only see the BLACK painted bubbler with is over the reactor.   USE the 9/16 rod size for under 10 HP and ASK the website for dimensions for larger engines.

If the geet reactor is what is shown in this video
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6849353333190625456#

Then not only is it a pitiful attempt at a fraud it is an amazingly dangerous one at that.

Firstly.
Plasma can be hot or cold. plasma is simply an ionised gas. or put it another way a gas in which some of the electrons have been stripped out to create a gas which in now electrically conductive.

Plasma is very common there is NOTHING special about it. we use it in plasma balls for fun but we also use it in TV's, fluorescent tubes, neon signs, particle accelerators etc etc. It does not have any weird scientific nature.

The device he shows in the video is nothing more than a vapour carburetor. I know I was experimenting with vapour carburetors back in 1980. My own was called VIPER (Vapour injection power and economy regulator) apart from a cool name it never really got anywhere because it had been patented hundreds of times before in many different forms

In the video he mentions it can run on anything as long as you have 20% hydrocarbons. What a load of shite.
because its a vapour carburetor it means the fuel is vapourised and used, the other stuff just gums up the works and would have to be thrown out or more fuel added.
For example in the video he states it runs on gasoline and sugar. have you ever boiled sugar and water? when the water boils off you are left with caramelised sugar. so none, or very little of the sugar enters the engine.

Does it create a plasma?

Hell No!

To create a plasma you need a potential difference in electron volts. its the potential difference that strips out the electrons and creates the ionised gas or plasma. Most plasma's operate at a voltage in excess of 150 volts, normally around 300volts. I saw no evidence of an electrical charge in his vapour chamber. Therefore NO PLASMA.

If he had created a plasma what effect would it have on the motor? Well to put it simply, none at all. Please feel welcome to provide some scientific evidence to prove some sort of unusual reaction plasma would introduce into a petrol engine.

Is it dangerous?

VERY! if you intend to build one be very careful.

Petrol or gasoline is a liquid and as a liquid is not volatile. No I kid you not. its the vapour that is highly volatile. and you can't have petrol without vapour, even at very low temperatures. this is what makes petrol dangerous.

In the engine as shown he has a bubbler using a glass jar, through that bubbler he runs air and in some images I have seen even some exhaust gasses. The bubbler creates vapour. That vapour is highly volatile any spark could cause it to explode, he then runs it through his tube which has hot exhaust gasses running down the middle of it. supposedly to create a plasma. In fact all he is creating is hot vapour. the hotter he runs it it just means you get hotter vapour. Because he is running it next to a hot exhaust if anything fails it could ignite the vapour. if that's the case that glass jar becomes a small explosive device.

If anything such as a dag of weld in his joins overheats or the exhaust burns through the inner pipe it could ignite. An external source could also do it, or in the version where some exhaust feeds back into the bubbler a small piece of hot carbon from the cylinder could do it.

If that happens anyone near it will be picking shards of glass out of themselves for weeks.

LOL  Hi ChrisC    You newbied AGAIN cus all here know your a troll.  These work and are NOT under your review.   You NEVER ONCE have given a positive review.  Your lousy at trolling.   LOL.   Paul Pantone NEVER claimed hocus pocus of any kind, MIT did! (and does)   Your sounding like a person claiming the world is flat, lol.     Did your vapor carb refract all gases into HO (or even HHO)?   And your concerns about safety are great and like most government ideas, are based on fear tactics.    WE BEST NEVER EVEN TRY, right?   If ANY TECHNOLOGY was commonly used ALL WOULD BE MADE AWARE of how to safety handle it.  (Look at natural gas, same concerns.)

My welding friend is very busy just now and I will mark the adapter plate for cutting later.   Hope to have it mounted soon.    I have read on JL Naudin's prototype it is good to spot weld the reaction chamber to keep it from thermo creeping apart over time.    The copper washers are center cut to allow the 1/2 pipe passage.  My 1 inch adapter tee is 3/4 where the 1/2 pipe goes thru and fits well.
